Updating the previous report, Starbucks nixed the plan to put a coffee shop in the Publix that was proposed by grocery retail chain. While other stores exist with the plan, corporate deemed there was neither enough space nor enough population in the area to justify a Starbucks at this time.
Until the Seattle-based chain decides to enter the Cove market, we’ll continue to go local for our coffee fix!
